Come experience High West Whiskey! Join me and Jenny Kessler, Sales Manager, High West Distillery for a Whiskey Talk, Tasting and Food Pairing.

High West was named the 2016 Distillery of the year by Whisky Advocate!!!! Yup, it’s that good!

LEARN: The difference between bourbon and whiskey, straight vs blended, and more…

DRINK: The delicousness that is High West paired with desserts by Janelle Richmond of Emeche Cupcakes or popcorn by POPACORN Popcorn

The tasting will end with the “Born to be Wild West” cocktail created by one of Chicago’s best mixologists, Ariel Neal of Leira Knows Cocktails! The cocktail: High West Double Rye, Lillet, Peychaud’s Bitters, Strawberries and Wild Strawberry Cordial.



High West American Prairie Bourbon paired with Brown Butter Cake, American Prairie Bouron , Caramel, Toffee, and Poached apples

High West Double Rye paired with POPACORN Cheese Ranch

High West Rendezvous Rye paired with POPACORN chessy bacon caramel popcorn

High West Campfire paired with Vanilla and Honey Panna Cotta, Grilled Peaches, Cardamom Cream
