Grapes: Chardonnay (96%) Pinot Noir (4%)
Taste: Classic California sparkling deliciousness. Baked green apple and grilled peach on the nose. The wine is creamy on the palate and mirrors the nose with flavors of apples, peach, plus crisp pear, citrus and Nilla wafers on the finish.
Pairs with: Great for brunch, with fried foods (chicken, shrimp, fish) quiche and egg souffle, and a day with your girlfriends.
