Chef Cecelia will demo the various food stations and provide hands-on cooking instructions and assistance. We’ll use fresh herbs, spices, and other natural ingredients to enhance the flavor of your dishes while reducing fat, sodium, and sugar
Sommelier Regine will bring 5 wines to taste. You will discuss the fundamentals of food and wine pairing and decide which wines work best with your creations. While you enjoy the fruits of your labor, you will try 3 wines: white, rose, and red.
You’re in for a treat. You’ll be delighted, surprised and enjoy this wonderful experience in a small, intimate environment. There will be approximately 1- 1/2 hours of hands-on cooking, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options – – something for everyone.
Also included are a light appetizer, sparkling wine, herb infused water, orange juice when you arrive, and dessert.
