– Reading of the Day: Our event begins with a thoughtfully chosen poem or quote, designed to inspire and set the tone for the meditation. This reading serves as the focal point for our reflective journey.
– Silent Walk: Following the reading, we take a short, silent walk. As we walk, we allow the words of the reading to permeate our thoughts, creating a space for personal reflection and inner peace. This quiet time is an opportunity to meditate on the prompt and connect with the present moment.
– Group Discussion: After the walk, we gather for a sit-down session where participants can share their thoughts and insights on the prompt. This discussion fosters a sense of community and allows for a deeper understanding of the reading.

– A cushion or mat for the sit-down discussion

Event Locations: Different parks are selected for each walk. Participants will receive confirmation of location before each scheduled walk.
