Join Shall We Wine for a thoughtfully curated four-day journey through Sonoma, California; a region celebrated for its natural beauty, agricultural roots, and deeply personal approach to wine. This immersive experience invites you to slow down and experience Sonoma the way it was meant to be enjoyed: intentionally, authentically, and in good company.

Guided by Regine T. Rousseau’s signature travel style, this journey blends wine education, wellness, and shared moments of discovery. Expect access beyond the tasting room, meals shaped by the land, and experiences that honor Sonoma’s longstanding connection to nature, community, and craft.

Why Sonoma?

Sonoma is one of California’s most diverse and storied wine regions, defined by its varied microclimates, coastal influence, and commitment to sustainable, small-scale farming. From fog-cooled Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to expressive Zinfandel and heritage varietals, Sonoma’s wines reflect the land with clarity and restraint.

Beyond the vineyards, Sonoma is shaped by redwood forests, rolling hills, and a farm-driven culinary culture that values seasonality and simplicity. Historic town squares, family-owned wineries, and a slower pace create an atmosphere that feels welcoming rather than performative.

Sonoma doesn’t ask you to rush.

It invites you to stay, listen, and belong.
