Connecting her culture\, passion and now purpose\, Catan Pisco was the answer to her dreams. Though her father initially told her “no” for wanting to pursue a business degree\, her entrepreneurial heart eventually turned into courage\, which led her to officially launching her business. \nShe is honored to be the first woman in Chile’s history to own her own pisco company\, and hopes to inspire other Latina women to chase their dreams and turn them into realities. \n\nFeatured Spirits\n \nCatan Pisco Reserve \nNot sure what pisco is? Think “If Vodka and Tequila had a baby\,” -that is maybe what it would taste like. \n\nFeatured Cocktails\n\n \n\nTHE “PERFECT” PISCO SOUR \nIngredients\n2 oz of Catan Pisco\n1 oz Fresh lime juice\n1 oz simple syrup\n1 oz or 1 freshly cracked egg white \nDirections\nAdd all ingredients to shaker\, without ice\, and shake. Fill shaker with ice\, and shake once more. Double strain into a coupe.
