Come experience the power of silence\, reflection and shared insights . \n– Reading of the Day: Our event begins with a thoughtfully chosen poem or quote\, designed to inspire and set the tone for the meditation. This reading serves as the focal point for our reflective journey. \n– Silent Walk: Following the reading\, we take a short\, silent walk. As we walk\, we allow the words of the reading to permeate our thoughts\, creating a space for personal reflection and inner peace. This quiet time is an opportunity to meditate on the prompt and connect with the present moment. \n– Group Discussion: After the walk\, we gather for a sit-down session where participants can share their thoughts and insights on the prompt. This discussion fosters a sense of community and allows for a deeper understanding of the reading. \n  \nWhat to Bring: \n– Comfortable walking shoes \n– A cushion or mat for the sit-down discussion \n– Water \n– A friend \n– An open heart and mind \n  \nEvent Locations: Different parks are selected for each walk.
